Refund policy

At ArtzLabel, each product is carefully crafted. This policy outlines the circumstances under which returns or refunds may be offered and sets clear expectations for our customers.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns or offer replacements ONLY in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival.

  • There is a manufacturing defect or printing error.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.

  • You must submit clear photo evidence of the problem (e.g., damaged or defective product).

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in these cases:

  • The wrong size, color, or design was ordered.

  • The customer changed their mind about the purchase after ordering.

  • Minor differences in color between the digital mock-up and the final product (as monitor settings may vary).

Since all products are made-to-order, we cannot restock or resell returned merchandise for reasons outside the eligibility criteria above.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact us at ziggy@artzlabel.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Clear photos showing the problem.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, you may choose from the following options (as available):

  • A free replacement of the affected item.

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

You do not need to return the defective product to us.

Additional Notes

  • If you ordered through a marketplace (such as Etsy or Amazon), the platform’s return policy may apply in addition to ours.

  • For eligible returns or replacements, we will manage the process efficiently to ensure your satisfaction.
